Shipping Policy

Order Processing Timeline: At our core, we believe in mindful production — that’s why we don’t keep inventory.

Every piece is made to order and usually ships within 4 to 7 working days.

Once shipped, your order will typically be delivered within 8 to 14 working days.

Note: Working days are Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays are not included in the timeline.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on orders above ₹1000.
  
• Orders below ₹1000 will incur a flat shipping fee of ₹100.
  
• An additional ₹50 will be charged for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to your email/SMS. Check your spam folder if you don't see them.

Delivery Guidelines: Please do not accept any parcel that appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, as we won’t be able to take responsibility for such cases.

Reverse Pickup: We offer reverse pickup for eligible returns within India. For some pin codes, you may need to ship it back yourself at your cost.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we do not ship outside India.
