Returns and Exchanges
Return or Exchange Request to be made within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll place your exchange order once your return is picked up. If your chosen item is out of stock, our team will reach out to help you choose another option.
Refunds are only made in terms of a Store Credit.
Store credit will be given only after we pick up the order from you.
Each order can be returned only one time. Orders made using store credit are not eligible for any returns.
In case of any damaged/ defective or missing products in your order kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will not be able to help you if this timeline is exceeded.
If you receive a damaged item, please send photos and details to our support email: noaltshq@gmail.com. We’ll get back to you with the next steps for a replacement, store credit, or full refund.
Slight misprints or color differences from website images are not treated as damage. Most of our products are handcrafted, and these variations are a mark of their authenticity.
The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.
Please note, items purchased from other marketplaces like Nykaa or Myntra are not eligible for return or exchange through our store or website.
If reverse pickup isn’t available at your pincode, you can send the product to our warehouse yourself. Once it passes our Quality Check, we’ll give you ₹150 in store credit to cover your shipping cost.
Return & Exchange Request Process:
- Write an email to noaltshq@gmail.com to request a return or exchange
- State the return reason and select the item to be returned along with images in case of any defect/damages.
- A return pickup will be initiated for orders within India.
- Ensure all tags and labels are intact, and the product is unworn.
- Return or Exchange requests for orders placed using a store credit will be rejected.
Store Credit:
- A store credit will be issued within 24 hours after the order is picked up. It will be provided via email.
- The store credit is valid for 6 months.
- The credit will be for the sale amount of the returned products.
- Shipping costs will not be credited back in any case.
Order Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your order, please do it before it’s shipped. Once dispatched, shipping charges are non-refundable. If you cancel after it’s shipped, ₹180 will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds:
Refunds will take 7-14 working days.
Note: We offer money refunds only if a wrong or damaged product is delivered. For all other cases, refunds are provided as store credit.
Returns usually take about 12 to 14 working days to reach us.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check, which takes 1–2 working days.
After the quality check, it takes another 3–4 working days to process the refund internally.
The bank or payment portal may take an additional 2–3 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
A flat fee of ₹200 will be deducted for money refunds. No return fee will be charged if the product is damaged.
For COD orders, refunds will be processed through an online link sent to your registered email or contact number. Incase of non redemption of the link, you can reach out to our customer service within 3 months to request a new one.
A refund will be made for the sale amount of the returned products.
Shipping costs will not be credited back in any case.
