If you need to cancel your order, please do it before it’s shipped. Once dispatched, shipping charges are non-refundable. If you cancel after it’s shipped, ₹180 will be deducted from your refund.

Yes, you can change the delivery address as long as your order has not left the warehouse. Once the order has been shipped, it is not possible to modify the delivery address.

We accept all standard modes of payment such as credit or debit card, net banking, UPI and cash on delivery.

We allow cash on delivery to most regions for an additional fee of Rs. 50.

Every piece is made to order and usually ships within 4 to 7 working days.

No, unfortunately we only ship within India at the moment.

• Free Shipping on orders above ₹1000.
  
• Orders below ₹1000 will incur a flat shipping fee of ₹100.
  
• An additional ₹50 will be charged for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to your email/SMS. Check your spam folder if you don't see them.

If your package is marked as delivered but you can't find it, thoroughly check your delivery address, including your doorstep, porch, mailbox, and with neighbours. If you live in an apartment, inquire with building management or security. If you still can't locate the package, please reach out to us at noaltshq@gmail.com

Return or Exchange Request to be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Write an email to noaltshq@gmail.com to request a return or exchange
• State the return reason and select the item to be returned along with images in case of any defect/damages.
• A return pickup will be initiated for orders within India.
• Ensure all tags and labels are intact, and the product is unworn.
• Return or Exchange requests for orders placed using a store credit will be rejected.

We offer money refunds only if a wrong or damaged product is delivered. For all other cases, refunds are provided as store credit.

Refunds will take 7-14 working days.
